What are localization service providers?

Service providers supply the translation technology that powers Real‑Time Chat localization. By integrating with a supported provider, such as AWS or GeoFluent, chat messages are automatically translated as conversations happen. This allows participants to communicate in their preferred languages without manual translation, helping support teams assist users across regions and languages from a single chat experience.

Available service providers

AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Select AWS to enable real‑time translation using Amazon Web Services. Enter your AWS region along with an access key and secret to connect to the AWS translation API. Once saved, chat messages are translated automatically during live sessions, allowing participants to communicate across languages in real time.

Click Click here to enter a new API secret to add or replace the API secret used to authenticate with the AWS translation service. Use this when setting up or rotating credentials.

GeoFluent

Select GeoFluent to enable real‑time translation for chat sessions using the GeoFluent service. Confirm the API URL, then enter your GeoFluent API key to connect to the service. Once saved, chat messages can be translated automatically, allowing participants to communicate in different languages during live conversations.
