Full support licenses

Full support licenses are for your Appliance B Series.

View your total license count

1. From the left menu, click Status.
   The Status page opens, and the Information page displays by default.

2. In the Site Status section, view your Full Support Licenses count.

Chat support licenses

Chat support licenses are for your Appliance B Series.

View your total license count

2. In the Site Status section, view your Chat Support Licenses count.

Subscription-based licenses

Subscription-based licenses are for your Appliance B Series.

View your total license count

Note

Active license packs are included in the count of full support licenses; however, they cannot be assigned to license pools.

2. In the Site Status section, view your Chat Support Licenses count.

If you have subscription-based licenses, you can add on multiple individual license packs that either expire (burst) or reactivate (seasonal).
