Support licenses

A support license is required for a user to access the representative console on desktop, web, Android, or iOS. BeyondTrust Remote Support is licensed by concurrent users, meaning you can create as many accounts as needed, but the number of users who can be logged into the representative console at the same time is limited by the number of licenses purchased.

If extended availability mode is enabled, representatives can turn it on to share sessions even when they are not using the representative console. However, enabling extended availability mode consumes an additional license.
