How do I access the Network Restrictions page?

  1. Sign into app.beyondtrust.io.
    The BeyondTrust Home page displays.
  2. From the left menu, click Remote Support > Dashboards.
    The Dashboards page displays.
  3. At the top of the page, click Network Restrictions.

  1. Left menu: Easy access to all pages in Remote Support, including Status, Consoles & Downloads, My Account, Configuration, Jump, Vault, Console Settings, Users & Security, Reports, Public Portals, Dashboards, Management, and Appliance pages.
  2. Status: Opens the Status page.
  3. Header: Change your tenant site, manage your profile, and access documentation.

How to configure network restrictions

  1. Enter network address prefixes, one per line. Netmasks are optional, and they can be given in either dotted-decimal or integer bitmask format. Entries that omit a netmask are assumed to be single IP addresses.
  • Allow from any network: No network restrictions are applied.
  • Allow list: Allow only the specified networks.
  • Deny list: Deny the specified networks.
