What is the file store?

The file store is a central repository on the B Series Appliance used to save files, such as image files and style sheets, that can be referenced in HTML templates.

How is the file store useful?

The file store allows you to efficiently reference files within your HTML templates, streamlining the design and presentation of the user interface. It also provides quick access to files during support sessions.

How do I access the File Store page?

1. Sign into app.beyondtrust.io.
   The BeyondTrust Home page displays.
2. From the left menu, click Remote Support > Public Portals.
   The Public Sites page opens and the Public Sites tab displays by default.
3. At the top of the page, click File Store.
   The File Store page displays.

How to configure the file store

Accessibility

Show file listing for file store at /files

If this option is checked, any files uploaded here are accessible by browsing to your support site hostname followed by /files (e.g., support.example.com/files).

View the file store

If the option above is checked, click this button to view your online file store.

File store statistics

View the number of files uploaded, the maximum capacity available, and the maximum file size. The file store limit is 25 MB.

View a list of files uploaded to your file store.

Delete selected files

Select one or more files from the list above and click this button to remove those files from your file store.
