What is the Support page?

The Support page provides contact information for reaching BeyondTrust Technical Support and includes a feature for creating a fully encrypted support tunnel to allow BeyondTrust representatives secure access to your B Series Appliance when needed.

How is the Support page useful to my organization?

The Support page ensures quick and secure access to technical support, enabling rapid resolution of complex issues through a secure tunnel, and provides essential contact details for reaching support representatives when necessary.

How do I access the Support page?

  1. Use a Chromium-based browser to sign in to your Remote Support URL.
    This URL is provided in the BeyondTrust welcome email and includes your site URL followed by /login.
  2. From the left menu, click Management.
    The Software page opens and displays by default.
  3. At the top of the page, click Support.
    The Support page displays.

In the event that a BeyondTrust Technical Support representative should need access to your B Series Appliance, they will provide you with support, access, and override codes to enter on this page to create an appliance-initiated, fully encrypted support tunnel back to BeyondTrust for quick resolution of complex issues.
