The Client ID and Client Secret are found in the Admin > LaunchPoint menu by selecting the custom service, and clicking View Details.

The Organization URL is found in the Admin > Web Services menu in the REST API section.
Copy the url without the path (in this case: https://064-CCJ….mktorest.com)
