Before contacting BeyondTrust technical support

To expedite support for an Entitle support case, collect the following information:

  • Ticket ID: Find the specific request in the Request History screen and click on it. The Ticket ID will appear in the URL.
  • Integration ID: Navigate to the Integrations screen and select the applicable name. It will appear in the URL after integration.
  • Resource ID: Navigate to the specific Integration expand the Resources section. Click the resource having an issue. The ID will appear in the URL after resources.
  • User ID: Navigate to the Users screen and locate the user to access their user page. The ID will be listed in the URL after the user ID.
