Audit logs | Entitle
Overview
The Audit logs screen in Entitle is where you can find logs for every action taking place within your Entitle tenant; for example, changes to permissions, policies, access requests, etc.
It has two main functions for admins:
- Can view and filter Entitle logs (default view)
- Can view and filter Integration logs
Entitle logs

On the Entitle logs tab, you can find all the audit events taking place within your Entitle tenant. This tab has several functionalities:
- View all Entitle logs within your tenant.
- Filter Entitle logs based on the following components:
- User
- Integration
- Status
- Date & Time
- Action
- Download the list of Entitle logs using the Download as CSV button.
Integration logs

Navigate to the Audit logs screen on the left-side menu in Entitle and click the Integration logs tab.

In the Integration logs tab, you can find all the integration-related audit events taking place within your Entitle tenant, as well as external events.
To activate external integration logs, contact BeyondTrust Support.
This tab has several functionalities:

View all integration logs within your Entitle tenant and externally (if activated).

Filter integration logs based on:
- Date & Time
- Action
- Subject
- Target
- Status
- Integration
- User
- Account
- Entitle logs
Once you have applied and defined your filters, the Integration logs list will now be narrowed down accordingly.

Adjust the timezone using the Timezone dropdown. The default is set to Local.
