Connecting PagerDuty To Entitle
Overview
PagerDuty is a platform that provides real-time alerts, on-call scheduling, and incident response services to help businesses minimize downtime and handle digital operations effectively.
As an admin, you can connect Entitle to PagerDuty, get current on-call employees, based on PagerDuty groups, and define dedicated Policies or Workflows that provide those on-call employees with access to your applications.

- A browser refresh might be required in order to see the changes.
There are 2 ways to assure the connection was successfully established:
- Workflows - A new section, 'in schedule' will appear, and the on-call groups will be listed below.

- Policies - On-call groups will be populated once creating a new policy or editing an existing one.

Note
If you cannot see any of your on-call groups populated in Entitle, please reach out to Entitle on your Slack/Teams channel.
