What is the Status page?
The Status page has two tabs, Information and Users, that give you at-a-glance snapshots of your site health, signed-in users, the ability to communicate with representatives, and restart your software.
How is it useful to my organization?
Gain insights into your site status, available client software, connected clients, and ECM clients. Use the Status page to access your:
- Information tab, where you can view at-a-glance information about your Privileged Remote Access site health, view and communicate with representatives, and restart your software.
- Users tab, where you can view a snapshot of, and communicate with, all signed-in users within Privileged Remote Access.
How do I access the Status page?
- Use a Chromium-based browser to sign in to your Privileged Remote Access Support URL.
This URL is provided in the BeyondTrust welcome email and includes your site URL followed by /login. - From the left menu, click Status.
If this is the first time logging in after a software update, the What's New page displays by default.
Otherwise, the Information page opens and displays.
View your Privileged Remote Access site status
- From the left menu, click Status.
The Status page displays with the Information tab open by default. - Review your site status:
- Primary Hostname: The hostname to which the BeyondTrust client software connects. To change this hostname, contact BeyondTrust Technical Support.
- Company/Division Name: The name of the organization for this Privileged Remote Access site.
- Product Name: The official name of this BeyondTrust product.
- Product Version: The version of Privileged Remote Access running on your site.
- Product Build: The Privileged Remote Access build number.
- API Version: The API version running on your Privileged Remote Access site.
- Supported ECM Protocol Version(s): The supported versions of ECM Protocol for your Privileged Remote Access site.
- Appliance GUID: The B Series Appliance GUID number.
- System Uptime: The time the system was last checked for uptime.
- Processes: Processes currently running.
- System Time: The system time for your Privileged Remote Access site.
- Time Zone: The time zone for your Privileged Remote Access site.
- Jump Clients in Use: The number of Jump Clients that have been deployed compared with the total number available.
- Maximum Concurrent Users: The maximum number of users who can be logged in to the access console at the same time.
- Endpoint Licenses: The total number of endpoints (Jump Clients and Jump Items) your site is allowed.
- Endpoints Configured: The number of endpoints currently configured on your site.
Restart your Privileged Remote Access software
WarningOnly restart your Privileged Remote Access software if instructed to do so by BeyondTrust Technical Support.
You will experience a downtime during the restart.
- From the main menu, click Privileged Remote Access > Status.
The Status page opens and the Information tab displays by default. - Click Restart Privileged Remote Access Software.
A confirmation message displays. - Click Yes, Restart.
The software restarts.
