Yes, you must notify BeyondTrust in advance of any test by submitting a request using the BeyondTrust Online Support Portal and completing a penetration testing agreement. This activity can be performed only once per calendar year.

This extends data storage retention to 3 years, increases your Resource Broker and Resource Zone limits from 50 to 128, and extends our high availability to include cross-region failover, even in the event of a regional cloud outage.
