BeyondTrust storage retention policy

As a standard, BeyondTrust offers the following default storage for event data with your purchase of the product:

• thirty (30) days of storage for passive events (e.g., those events with codes 106, 107, 603, and 706); and
• ninety (90) days of storage for non-passive events (e.g., for all other codes).

BeyondTrust monitors data usage and if event data exceeds 100 events generated per endpoint connected per day on average across all endpoints for a sustained period of time, BeyondTrust, at its sole discretion, may reduce the data storage or work with the Customer to limit Customer event ingestion, or Customer shall pay additional fees to BeyondTrust for the excess usage at BeyondTrust’s then-current rates for such storage.
