Configure PathfinderAI

PathfinderAI is an AI-powered assistant that lets users explore their security data through natural language conversations. It is available as an Early Access feature in the US region only.

Enable PathfinderAI

PathfinderAI is disabled by default. An administrator must enable it for each site before users can access it.

  1. Navigate to the Administration site of your Pathfinder instance.
  2. Locate the site you want to enable PathfinderAI for and select the Edit button.
  3. Set PathfinderAI to On.
  4. Save your changes.

Once enabled, PathfinderAI appears in the main navigation menu for users on that site.

Note:

PathfinderAI is currently available in the US region only. Sites in other regions will not display the PathfinderAI option.

Requirements

  • The site must have the Identity Security Insights product active.
  • At least one connector must be configured in Insights for PathfinderAI to have data to work with.

Disable PathfinderAI

To disable PathfinderAI, repeat the steps above and set PathfinderAI to Off. The PathfinderAI option will be removed from the main navigation menu.
