Account settings and preferences

Update your user information, change your password, and enable multifactor authentication (MFA) from the Manage Profile page.

Access your account settings

From the header on any page in Pathfinder, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage Profile.
The Manage Profile page opens.

Change or reset your password

  1. From the header on any page in Pathfinder, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage Profile.
    The Manage Profile page opens , and the Change Password screen displays by default.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Confirm the new password.
  5. Click Change Password.
    The password changes and is effective immediately.

Activate multifactor authentication

If an account isn't set up through SSO, you can activate MFA. When you log in to Pathfinder for the first time, a banner displays on the landing page guiding you to set up MFA.

  1. Ensure you have an authentication app installed and enabled on your mobile device.
  2. From the header on any page in Pathfinder, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage Profile.
    The Manage Profile page opens.
  3. Scroll to MFA.
  4. Scan the QR code with your mobile device.
  5. On your mobile device, sign into your authentication app.
  6. Locate the Pathfinder-specific code and enter it on the Pathfinder Manage Profile page, in the Enter Code field.
  7. Click Enable MFA.
    The new authentication app is configured for Pathfinder.

Change your display theme

  1. From the header on any page in Pathfinder, click circular icon with an outline of a person.
    The Manage Profile menu displays.
  2. In the Theme drop-down, select Light, Dark, or Match System Theme.
    The theme changes immediately.
