Datadog | Insights

BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights is a web-based application designed to enhance identity protection. It connects BeyondTrust products and third-party services to automatically scan for associated accounts, secrets, agents, and track your organization’s identities, while surfacing threat-aware detections and recommendations.

This integration was developed in partnership with Datadog to help you centralize Insights detections in Datadog as logs. After installation, it includes an out-of-the-box dashboard called “BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights – Detections” to help you monitor detection volume and trends over time, including by severity and provider.

This integration parses and ingests the following types of logs:

• Detections: Captures detection events generated by Identity Security Insights, including incident context such as incident ID, incident type, severity, provider, entity type, entity name, timestamp, and a link back to the incident in Insights.

Visualize detailed insights into these logs through out-of-the-box dashboards. Datadog log pipelines can also parse, filter, and enrich incoming logs to support search and analysis.
