Profile settings

Update your user information, change your password, enable multi-factor authentication, and log out from the Manage Profile page.

Update your user information

  1. From the header on any page in EPM Cloud for Linux, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage profile.
    The Manage Profile page displays.
  1. Edit your name.
  2. Click Save User Information
    Your user information updates immediately.

Change your password

  1. From the header on any page in EPM Cloud for Linux, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage profile.
    The Manage Profile page displays.
  1. In the Update password section, enter your current password.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Confirm the new password.
  4. Click Update Password.
    The password updates and is effective immediately.

Enable multi-factor authentication

  1. Ensure you have an authentication app installed and enabled on your mobile device.
  2. From the header on any page in EPM Cloud for Linux, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage profile.
    The Manage Profile page displays.
  3. In the MFA section, use your mobile device to scan the QR code.
  4. On your mobile device, sign into your authentication app.
  5. Locate the EPM Cloud for Linux code and enter it on the Manage Profile page, in the Enter Code field.
  6. Click Enable MFA.
    Multi-factor authentication is enabled.

Change your theme

  1. From the header on any page in EPM Cloud for Linux, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage profile.
    The Manage Profile page displays.
  1. In the Theme drop-down, select Light, Dark, or Match system theme.
    The theme updates immediately.

Log out

  1. From the header on any page in EPM Cloud for Linux, click circular icon with an outline of a person > Manage profile.
    The Manage Profile page displays.
  1. Click Log Out.
    You are immediately signed out of EPM Cloud for Linux. We recommend you close your browser.
