How do I access the Consoles & Downloads page?

1. Sign into app.beyondtrust.io.
   The BeyondTrust Home page displays.
2. From the main menu, click Remote Support > Consoles & Downloads.
   Remote Support opens, and the Consoles & Downloads page displays.
3. From the left menu, click Consoles & Downloads.
   The Rep Console page opens and displays by default.

4. Web Rep Console: Opens a Web Rep Console without installing a MSI file.
5. Desktop Representative Console: Starts the download process of the MSI file.
