Set session attributes

Set the external key or other custom session attributes / fields for an active support session identified by {lsid}. Each field is identified using its code name as configured in /login on the Configuration > Custom Fields page.

A string which uniquely identifies the session whose attributes you want to change.

Body Params

The code names and values of custom fields. Each value has a maximum length of 1024 characters. A maximum of 30 fields may be set in one request. These fields must first be configured in /login on the Configuration > Custom Fields page.
