Delete Jump Item association criteria for an Account.

For an Account with the given {id} that has Jump Item associations defined, this API removes those associations so that the Account begins inheriting associations from its Account Group instead.

This API cannot be used if the given Account is inheriting Jump Item association criteria from its Account Group and does not have any of its own Jump Item associations defined, since there is nothing to delete.
