The MCP Gateway is available only in Pathfinder as an Early Access feature. It is available in the US region only in Remote Support 26.1. Administrator enablement is required.
The AI Query Assistant provides a natural-language interface for querying your Remote Support environment. Administrators can submit questions using guided template prompts or free-form text about user access, active sessions, credential checkouts, approval history, and support session activity. Queries are resolved against the BeyondTrust Reporting and Configuration APIs via the SRA MCP Server, routed through the Pathfinder MCP Gateway.
Each result includes the source API (Reporting or Configuration), relevant IDs (UserID, SessionID, EndpointID), and a query execution timestamp, giving full traceability back to the underlying data. All API calls are read-only and execute under the requesting user's existing permissions. No additional access is granted.
The assistant is accessible from the Remote Support dashboard and is compatible with the built-in Pathfinder chatbot or any MCP-compatible agent, including Claude Desktop.
