Get the Jump Item association criteria for the Account or AWS Secret with the given {id}.
This API cannot be used if the Account or Secret is inheriting Jump Item association criteria from its Account Group. Instead, query its Account Group's associations using the Account Group's GET API for Jump Item associations.
