Adds an Asset Group to a Group Policy.

Adds an Asset Group with the jump_group_id given in the request body to a group policy with the {id} given in the path. Optionally the request body can specify an Asset Role by its jump_item_role_id, otherwise the jump_item_role_id will default to 0 which means "User's Default".
