Get all password rules by product

Retrieves all password rules configured for the specified product, including their policy definitions. The default product is "PasswordSafe".

Any of the following:

Password Safe System Management (Read) - when 'enabledProduct' is 'PasswordSafe'
Password Safe Policy Management (Read) - when 'enabledProduct' is 'PasswordSafe'
Secrets Safe (Read) - when 'enabledProduct' is 'SecretsSafe' or 'TeamPasswords'
