How do I access the Status page?

1. Sign into app.beyondtrust.io.
   The BeyondTrust Home page displays.
2. Click the Privileged Remote Access tile, or, from the main menu, click Privileged Remote Access > Status.
3. The Status page displays with the Information tab open by default.

View your Privileged Remote Access site status

1. From the main menu, click Privileged Remote Access > Status.
   The Status page displays.

Restart your Privileged Remote Access software

🛑

Only restart your Privileged Remote Access software if instructed to do so by BeyondTrust Technical Support.

You will experience a downtime during the restart.

1. From the main menu, click Privileged Remote Access > Status.
   The Status page opens and the Information tab displays by default.
2. Click Restart Privileged Remote Access Software.
   A confirmation message displays.
3. Click Yes, Restart.
   The software restarts.
