How do I access the Status page?

1. Use a Chromium-based browser to sign in to your Privileged Remote Access URL.
   This URL is provided in the BeyondTrust welcome email and includes your site URL followed by /login.
   Privileged Remote Access opens, and the Status page displays with the Information tab open by default.

View your Privileged Remote Access site status

1. From the left menu, click Status.
   The Status page displays with the Information tab open by default.

Restart your Privileged Remote Access software

Warning

Only restart your Privileged Remote Access software if instructed to do so by BeyondTrust Technical Support.

You will experience a downtime during the restart.

1. From the main menu, click Privileged Remote Access > Status.
   The Status page opens and the Information tab displays by default.
2. Click Restart Privileged Remote Access Software.
   A confirmation message displays.
3. Click Yes, Restart.
   The software restarts.
