Entitle November 2025 release notes

✨Enhancements

Improved clarity and controls on the Integrations page

The Integrations page has been refreshed with an improved layout, clearer status indicators, and expanded sorting and filtering options. Integration cards now show tooltip details for approval workflows, clearer indicators when an integration owner has been removed, and more precise resource-sync statuses. You can also sort and filter by integration name, owner, workflow, and more.

Microsoft SQL Server ephemeral accounts

Unlock secure, on-demand access to Microsoft SQL Server roles without requiring a permanent account. Entitle can now create an ephemeral account, clearly marked with an entitle prefix, so every action is traceable and isolated for security. Once approved, the user can access Microsoft SQL Server to complete the needed work, and when the duration is up, the account is automatically deleted, keeping your environment clean and auditable.

Request justification now available in Slack and Teams notifications

Slack and Teams messages sent for workflows with corresponding notifications now include the requester’s justification, making it easier to understand the request context without opening Entitle.

"Owned groups only" now available for Entra ID least privilege

Entitle now supports an "owned groups only" scenario for Entra ID integrations. In this mode, Entitle can manage only the groups that the Entitle service account owns, and it retrieves groups using the owned groups API instead of listing all groups.
