Entitle June 2025 release notes
π New hosting
Entitle support for the EU region in Pathfinder
Entitle now supports the EU region in Pathfinder.
β¨ Enhancements
Network validations for Entitle agent
Network validations have been introduced to help identify connectivity issues during the Entitle agent installation process.
- Once the agent is installed in the cluster, several validators run as part of a startup Probe.
- These validators execute before the agent begins handling tasks and check for proper network access and required permissions.
- During pod startup, the agent performs these checks and logs the results, allowing customers to see whether the validations succeeded or failed.
For further details, see the updated Entitle agent documentation.
Request history screen enhancements
Entitle admins can now search and sort past requests in the Request history screen. The Filtering functionality has also been improved for a smoother experience.
For further details, see the updated Request history documentation page.
AWS basic integration
- Added the new AWS Basic Integration connection, which manages access to SSO groups and AWS accounts via Permission Sets.
- The AWS Integration configuration type SSO Personal Role has been removed from the Create Integration screen.
- Existing SSO Personal Role integrations will still work, but no new integrations can be created.
For further details, see the new AWS Identity Center - basic integration guide.
Okta - reduced required API scope
The okta.users.manage
API scope was removed from the required scopes for both Okta Access Management and Directory integrations, aligning with the principle of least privilege.
For details, see the updated Okta access management integration guide and the Okta IdP connection guide.
π Documentation
Entitle for CLI
Entitle for CLI makes it easy and secure to access Entitleβs API directly from the command line. Instead of requiring manual logins or static tokens, Entitle initiates a one-time browser authentication session that links your identity to a temporary CLI token.
For details, see the new Entitle for CLI guide.
Jira Service Management
Jira Service Management (JSM) is a software solution from Atlassian that helps organizations manage service requests, incidents, problems, and changes. As a ticketing system, it allows employees to link existing tickets from JSM to access requests.
For further details, see the updated Org settings documentation.
