Audit logs

New audit logs for external permission changes during integration syncs:

Audit logs are now generated when the Notify about external permissions changes option is enabled on the Add Integration screen. Previously, only Slack or Teams notifications were sent to Entitle admins without recording the events.

The following audit logs have been added:

1. IntegrationExternalPermissionCreated - a permission was added outside of Entitle.
2. IntegrationExternalPermissionDeleted - a permission was removed outside of Entitle.

New audit logs added for the various statuses of tasks:

1. TaskMoved - a task moved from one status to another.
2. TaskDeleted - a task was deleted.

Integrations

🆕 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

A new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) integration has been added to manage groups in Entitle. OCI is a scalable, secure cloud platform provided by Oracle for enterprise workloads, offering computing, storage, networking, and database services with built-in security and compliance.

Oracle Database enhancements

Entitle admins can now configure Oracle Database integration through two different operation modes - Standard or Mutual TLS:

TLS (Transport Layer Security) is an updated and more secure version of SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

• Standard mode: The client authenticates the server by validating its certificate to establish a secure connection.
• Mutual TLS mode: Both the client and server authenticate each other by exchanging and validating certificates, providing stronger security through bidirectional authentication.
