Delete Jump Item association criteria.

For an Account or Secret with the given {id} that has Jump Item associations defined, this API removes those associations so that the Account or Secret begins inheriting associations from its Account Group instead.

This API cannot be used if the given Account or Secret is inheriting Jump Item association criteria from its Account Group and does not have any of its own Jump Item associations defined, since there is nothing to delete.
