🆕 New features

New ServiceNow Connector

We’ve introduced a new ServiceNow connector for Insights. ServiceNow lets companies log, track, and resolve requests in one place allowing each request to move through the necessary steps to completion.

Once configured in Insights, the connector provides visibility into ServiceNow human and non-human users, as well as basic information on AI agents. Accounts are mapped to identities when possible.

This release also introduces three AI-specific recommendations for ServiceNow:

  • AI user has a scoped admin role
  • A machine or AI user has UI access to ServiceNow
  • AI user has a global role

Support for entitlement data and AI agent visibility in the AI Security area will follow in an upcoming update, enabling deeper role and access analysis.

✨Enhancements

Improved detection of blank password accounts

The Insights collector now identifies AD accounts that were created without a password. Previously, only accounts where a password reset resulted in a blank password were included. This enhancement ensures full visibility into accounts lacking password protection, helping administrators address potential security gaps. These findings will appear under the “Account with blank password” recommendation.

AI Security Section available in FedRAMP version of Insights The AI Security Section is now included in the FedRAMP version of Insights, providing visibility into connected AI agents, privilege analysis, and actionable security recommendations.
