Entitle July 2026 release notes
Find workflow approvers by category
When editing a workflow's approval step, you can now navigate approvers by category first. Hovering over a category (e.g. Users, Groups, Slack Channels) reveals a submenu of the specific entities within that type. This replaces the previous flat list of all approvers, making the picker significantly easier to navigate when there are many approvers across multiple entity types.
For more information, see Approval workflows.
Integrations
ServiceNow On-Call Scheduling
Sync your ServiceNow On-Call Scheduling rotas with Entitle so on-call status can drive access decisions. Once connected, Entitle knows who's currently on-call for each of your ServiceNow schedules, and you can use that as a condition in approval workflows and policies. For example, create a workflow that grants access to a resource only to users who are currently on-call.
For more information, see ServiceNow: On-Call Scheduling.
API & Webhooks
User risk and sensitivity scores available through the public API
The Users endpoint of the public API now returns each user's risk and sensitivity scores (on a scale of 1–4), when available.
For more information, see Risk and sensitivity indicators.
Integration details now include the last resource sync time
Entitle now includes a lastResourcesSync field in the integration information response, allowing you to see the exact timestamp of the most recent resource synchronization.
