Get a User in a Jump Group.

get https://support.example.com/api/config/v1/jump-group/{id}/user/{user_id}

Returns a JumpGroupUser resource representing a user with the given {user_id} in the Jump Group with the given {id}. This is useful for determining the Jump Item Role of the user in the Jump Group.
