BeyondTrust Secure Remote Access Compatibility Statement - macOS

macOS Sequoia compatibility statement

Apple released the first developer beta version of macOS Sequoia on June 10, 2024. This is available to anyone with a free Apple Developer account. The public launch occurred on September 16, 2024.

BeyondTrust has tested the Secure Remote Access (SRA) products, Remote Support 24.2 and Privileged Remote Access 24.2, against this new operating system.

At this time, macOS Sequoia is not fully supported. For details, please see https://beyondtrustcorp.service-now.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0021584.

SRA users who wish to attempt the update should update to a 24.2 version of Secure Remote Access before updating to the macOS Sequoia operating system. It is expected that SRA 24.3 will offer full support.
