iOS Representative Console 3.1.4 release notes

Requirements

  • Requires iPhone or iPad running iOS 16+.
  • Requires Remote Support 22.2+.

New features and enhancements:

  • File Transfer is now available in the iOS RepConsole.

Issues resolved:

  • Fixed an issue with the mouse-click accuracy being poor on some devices.
  • Fixed an issue with locking and unlocking the device while on the Jump Groups page, which was causing the Jump Groups page to be blank.
  • Fixed an issue with the Control-Alt-Delete button sometimes being unavailable.

Known issues:

None.

  • The iOS Representative Console is available in the App Store.
  • Certified for GA.
