iOS Representative Console 3.1.3 release notes

New features and enhancements:

  • Now displays a warning if the device is jailbroken.

Issues resolved:

  • Resolved an issue with new session sounds playing even though the device was in silent mode.
  • Resolved an issue with starting two sessions and the second session not showing the default screen.
  • Resolved an issue with being able to send blank chat messages in team chat.
  • Now displays a No results found message when searching for a team that does not exist.
  • Resolved an issue with the privacy screen button not changing state.
  • Resolved an issue with the cursor sometimes being unresponsive.
  • Resolved an issue with a server rejection error message sometimes being displayed when pinning a Jump Client.

Notes:

  • Runs on both iPhone and iPad running iOS 15+.
  • Compatible with Remote Support 21.1+.
  • The iOS Representative Console is available in the App Store.
