Requirements

  • iPhones and iPads running iOS 16+.
  • BeyondTrust Remote Support, version 21.1+.
  • Support sites with a trusted CA-signed certificate on the appliance.

New features and enhancements

  • Updated icons and banner.

Issues resolved

  • Some areas of the Customer Client display in incorrect language.
  • Allow or Refuse Links not disabled after selecting this when starting a session.
  • Version not showing on the login screen
  • Annotations sometimes do not clear.

Notes

  • Certified for GA.
  • Will be available for download in the App Store.
