Requirements:
- Android 10.0 or later.
- BeyondTrust Remote Support 21.1.3 or later.
Issues Resolved:

| The Android customer client was unable to connect to Samsung Knox correctly. | A Knox agreement now pops up at the beginning of a session, allowing access when accepted. |
| Full remote support of a Honeywell device caused issues. | Sessions can now be run as expected. |
| On certain devices, a Jump Client session would not start if the device were in a sleep state. | Jump Client sessions now start as expected. |
Notes:
- Certified for GA.
