New Features

Collect and View Password Safe Scan Event Data with Password Safe 24.1.1

When you upgrade to Password Safe 24.1.1 (either Cloud or On-Premises), there is a new configuration tile you can use to input a key so that your Password Safe scan event data is sent to Identity Security Insights.

Incorporating your Password Safe scan event data provides even greater holistic insights across your instances to build identity analytics, detect identity security threats, and make security recommendations.

For Password Safe Cloud 24.1.1 Users

Once you create a Password Safe Cloud Connector, a unique key displays with detailed, on-screen instructions. Input this key into your Password Safe Cloud instance to enable data transmission.

  1. From the top left menu in Identity Security Insights, click Connectors > Configured.
  2. Locate Password Safe Cloud Collector in the list.
  3. Click > View Connector.
  4. Review the key.

For Password Safe On-Premises 24.1.1 and Insights Collectors Users

Once you create an Insights Collector Connector, a unique key displays with detailed, on-screen instructions. Use this key for both for installing your Insights Collector and for configuring your Password Safe on-premises instance to forward scan events to Insights.

  1. From the top left menu in Identity Security Insights, click Connectors > Configured.
  2. Locate Insights Collector in the list.
  3. Click > View Connector.
  4. Review the key.
