Invite users to EPM Cloud for Linux

As an administrator, you can send invitations to users for access to EPM Cloud for Linux.

1. Sign into EPM Cloud for Linux.

2. From the top left of the BeyondTrust Home page, click** > BeyondTrust Home > User Management.**
   The Organization Users page displays.

3. Click Invite User.
   The User Details page displays.

4. Enter the user's Email Address, First Name, and Last Name.

5. Select the level of Application Access you want to grant to the user.

   1. Select Grant this user Administrator Access to Organization to give the user full access to EPM Cloud for Linux immediately upon sign in.
   2. Select EPML to allow the user sign-in access only.

      Note

      Once the user accepts an invitation with access only permissions, you can assign that user a role via the Roles page.

6. Click Invite User.
   An email is immediately sent to the email address and, once the user signs in, the user displays in the various Role pages in the user list.
