🆕 🎉 Web App new branding

Entitle is now officially out of stealth mode, and we also have a new branding!

🆕 🎉 Admin-forced revoke access

Entitle Admins now can revoke users' roles via the Users page (See our previous release notes for more information).

💡Note

Entitle also provides administrators with the methodological User Access Review capability, which enables the creation and management of periodical access review campaigns for the entire organization.

🆕 🎉 Prerequisites permissions

In certain cases - permissions to a resource require prior permissions to other resources. For example, to get Gitlab repository permissions, one has to be a member of the "GitLab Members" Okta group.

Entitle launched the Prerequisites Permissions feature for such cases, integration, and resource levels.
Once prerequisite permissions are defined for a resource when users request that resource, their request will include all the missing permissions defined by the Admin.

🆕 🎉 Policies

We're excited to announce the introduction of our new Policies feature, which provides greater control and flexibility for managing access to resources within Entitle.

Policies, or Policy-Based Access Control, allows administrators to define custom policies that determine which users or groups have access to specific resources based on your IDP groups.

Additionally, Policies provide detailed audit logs on changes made within Entitle.
We believe that the introduction of PBAC will greatly enhance the security and usability of Entitle.
