Admin experience

User management improvements

Admins can now manage associated accounts and have better visibility and management capabilities of their permissions. Additionally, Admins can filter users' existing permissions.

Birthright policies screen improvements

Entitle policies are now called Birthright policies, and their screen in the Web App underwent visibility and usability improvements.

State indicators for roles, users, groups, and accounts

Entitle now has new state icons for roles, users, groups, and accounts: Deleted and Unmanaged states.

Resizable column width in Integration logs table

In the Audit Logs screen's Integration logs view, Admins can now adjust the width of columns to their preference, by dragging the column.

Integrations

🆕Oracle Database

New Oracle Database integration added for pluggable databases (PDBs). Oracle Database is a relational database management system that enables organizations to store, manage, and retrieve data using SQL. It allows the maintenance of data integrity, performance of backups and recoveries, access control, and performance optimization.

Gitlab resources full repository path

Users requesting access to specific Gitlab repositories can now distinguish between them as the repositories' display names include full paths and not only their names.

Entra ID IdP connection read-only permissions

Admins can now provide Entitle with read permissions, ensuring least-privileges for visibility purposes only, rather than high permissions that allow modifying the entire environment.

SSH improvements and documentation update

SSH can now integrate with Entitle in two different ways - either through ephemeral accounts or standing accounts.
