Visibility of account credentials on the Request details page
Approvers can now see a requester's account details before approving or denying the permission request.

Entitle's dropdowns and search experience have been redesigned and aligned throughout the entire web app.

Integrations screen
Improved visibility of roles given access automatically
Entitle has better visibility of the roles given access automatically within a specific resource, both in the resource and role management pages.

Integration and documentation linkage
Admins setting up a new integration will now notice a button on the right linking the selected integration to its documentation.

UI refresh - tables
The different tables across the Integrations screen and its sub-pages underwent a UI refresh.

Reviewer experience
Visibility of manageable and unmanageable resources and roles in the Access report
Reviewers now have visibility of users' manageable and unmanageable resources and roles, yet they can revoke access only to the manageable ones by Entitle. The unmanageable resources and roles can be identified with a new state indicator explained in the September 2024 release notes.

🆕Active Directory (AD) IdP connection
Active Directory customers can now configure the exact directory attribute holding the manager information if the default Active Directory attribute is not used. Manager information is needed by Entitle functionalities such as manager approval workflow settings and User Access Review (UAR).

🆕 SSH passwordless sudoer account support
The user required for the integration with Entitle no longer needs to be a root account, as it can be an alternative account with the privilege to execute specific executables using sudo
, without requiring a password.

RDS-managed MySQL support
Entitle can now integrate with both RDS-managed MySQL and non-RDS-managed MySQL.
