Admin experience
🆕 Workflows webhooks
Entitle workflows have been extended to support third-party approval by code, as well as in-workflow notifications by webhooks. This capability is useful for use cases such as augmenting the different types of internal stakeholders approvers Entitle supports out-of-the-box with your organization-specific approval mechanisms, e.g. with your customers, MFA services, or by certification services.
For details, see Workflow documentation page.
Webhooks reliability
If Entitle fails to send the HTTP request to a registered webhook, after several tries the webhook will become disabled and will not be used anymore until reapplied. All new webhook calls will be sent to the Entitle administrators instead of to the disabled webhook.
Permissions Graph
🆕 Documentation added
For details, see Permissions Graph page.
Entitle Agent
Improved reliability on integrations services errors
Entitle agent improved on resiliency with an enhanced retry mechanism for 3rd party services errors, e.g. for permissions grant and revoke. By so, the number of cases where an admin needs to handle intermittent issues decreased.
Integrations
Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Entitle now auto-populates Azure and Azure AD (Entra ID) resources description by the original Azure - Entra ID description field.
AWS
