Entitle October 2023 release notes
Admin experience
🆕 Audit Logs streaming
Entitle now supports outgoing webhooks to integrate audit log changes into your existing SIEM tools, enabling seamless tracking of configuration updates like permissions granted or revoked. This ensures comprehensive logging for audits, security investigations, and process automation within your systems.
For details, see the new Audit logs streaming parent guide.
Bundles screen improvements
The bundle category is now presented within the specific bundle.
End-user experience
Third-party ticketing linkage to access request
Users can now link third-party tickets (in Jira, Zendesk, and Freshdesk) to an access request in Entitle, making it easier for relevant stakeholders to get access to relevant resources.
By doing so, permissions to the specific request will automatically be revoked once the ticket is closed. If the duration of the request ends before the ticket has been closed, the request will expire.

Multiple-select support for access request
Users can now select multiple integrations, resources, and roles, as well as bundles in a single access request.
UI refresh
Entitle's Web App navigation bars were refreshed for improved usability.
