🆕 Entitle Developer Portal launch

Developers can get all the information they need as well as try out Entitle's public APIs easily from Entitle's documentation site. Entitle's public APIs support large-scale configuration, resources management, as well as integration with 3rd party CLIs DevOps teams, use. By the APIs, you can manage integrations, resources, roles, bundles, policies, and user access requests.

End-user, approver & reviewer experience

Access requests comments within Entitle's Slack / Teams apps

Access request approvers can now add comments to their approvals or denials within the Slack/Teams apps.

Pending request, My requests, and UAR Report Tables Sort

Pending request, My requests, and UAR Report tables now support sorting of the relevant columns.


Integrations

🆕 IdP SSO Applications

Entitle now supports Azure, Okta (see here), and JumpCloud SSO Applications as Entitle resources. Users can be added explicitly to applications instead of, for example, group-based assignment practice.

Google Workspace webhooks

Entitle now supports Google Workspace webhooks, for faster sync time with Google IdP changes such as groups or user addition and removal.

Okta SAML configuration

Okta IdP SAML configuration can now be added to Entitle self-service by the org. settings page (Identity Providers section). For more information, see this Okta SAML setting page.

Slack

Enterprise Plan support

Entitle now supports Slack's Enterprise plan - for more information see Slack Integration Guide.

🆕 Kubernetes (K8S) integration

New Kubernetes integration added. Kubernetes is an open-source container orchestration system for automating software deployment, scaling, and management. The project is now maintained by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. For more details, see Kubernetes integration guide.

🆕 Jamf integration

New Jamf integration added. Jamf is a provider of Apple device management solutions. It offers a comprehensive set of tools and services that enable organizations to efficiently deploy, manage, and secure Apple devices such as Macs, iPhones, and iPads. Request history table sort

Request History table now supports sorting of the relevant columns.

Resources table

The resources table now supports sorting and inline selection of owner and workflow.
