🆕 Microsoft SharePoint

Microsoft SharePoint integration added. SharePoint is a web-based collaboration platform by Microsoft that facilitates document management, content sharing, and team collaboration within organizations. Entitle now can help organizations manage their employees' access to documents and information using SharePoint groups access mechanism, e.g. for sites.

🆕 Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams integration added. Teams is a proprietary business communication platform Microsoft developed as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products. It offers workspace chat and videoconferencing, file storage, and application integration. Entitle now can help organizations manage their private and shared channels and teams.

In addition, Team's tags in Entitle were refined from channels and teams resources.

Remove unneeded tags from Microsoft Teams' teams and channel resources.

🆕 Aptible

Entitle can now integrate with Aptible, which is a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) designed to help developers deploy, manage, and scale secure, compliant applications in the cloud.

OneLogin Directory manager information

OneLogin customers can now configure the exact directory attribute holding the manager information if the default OneLogin attribute is not used. Manager information is needed by Entitle functionalities such as manager approval workflow settings and user access review.

MySQL permission modes

DDL and DML permission modes were added to the integration. For details, see the updated MySQL integration guide.

REST API user generation

Entitle now supports user provisioning in REST API. This feature can be activated by checking the Allow creating accounts checkbox on the integration setup page. When turned on, if an employee with no REST API account requests access to a REST API resource using Entitle, a new and temporary account with the requested permissions will be created, and sent to the employee.

A new parent page was added for JumpCloud documentation, including the new JumpCloud integration, JumpCloud admin, and JumpCloud directory guides.

Okta

A new parent page was added for Okta documentation, including the new Okta app integration and Okta directory guides, as well as the updated Okta SAML integration and Okta webhooks guides.

Google Workspace directory

New documentation was added for Google Workspace directory. For details, see the new Google Workspace directory guide.

Azure AD directory

New documentation added for Azure AD directory. For details, see the new Azure AD directory guide.

Microsoft 365

The documentation underwent several enhancements. For details, see the updated Microsoft 365 integration guide.

Microsoft products parent page

All documentation for Microsoft products is now under a new parent page. For details, see the new Microsoft products parent page.

Postgres

The documentation underwent several enhancements. For details, see the updated Postgres integration guide.

Azure active directory

Azure active directory is now called Microsoft Entra ID - Azure AD in the Integrations screen.
