| SUPI Engine | When an appliance was set to one of the time zones added by the October 2026 Windows update, such as (UTC-06:00) Mountain Time (Alberta), British Columbia, or Manitoba, SUPI reported the appliance time zone in a format that web browsers cannot use. On other appliances that manage its security updates, that appliance's security update times showed in the browser's time zone, its updates could be scheduled only in browser time, and appliances running U-Series Appliance 4.6.3 or earlier might fail to display the Security Updates page correctly. | SUPI now reports these time zones in a standard format that browsers recognize. Security update times display in the appliance's time zone, and the Appliance time zone scheduling option is available. |
📝 Requirements
- BeyondTrust recommends installing SUPI 3.3.6 on any appliance you plan to set to one of the new Windows time zones, before you change its time zone.
- For full time zone support in the web console, use SUPI 3.3.6 with U-Series Appliance 4.6.4 or later. For more information, see the U-Series Appliance 4.6.4 release notes.
SUPI schedules security updates in UTC, so update scheduling on the appliance itself was not affected by this issue.
