BT Updater 3.1.0 release notes

New features and enhancements:

  • Angular rewrite for BT Updater web application.
  • Added subscriptions to support new Appliances running on Windows Server 2022.
  • Removed certificate pinning.

Issues resolved:

  • Resolved issue in which BT Updater was not processing packages on either of the four Server 2022 (SQL 2019) subscriptions.
  • Resolved issue in which the BeyondTrust Discovery Agent was not showing as delivered in BT Updater on Server 2022.

Known issues:

  • The clear cache pop-up confirmation continues to be displayed after the login session has ended.
  • When modifying settings via the API, the password can be changed to contain one character only.
  • When modifying settings via the API, the email address can be changed to one that does not adhere to format rules.

Notes:

  • Requires .NET 4.7.2+.
  • This update is available via BT Updater.
