BIPS-40241	Password Safe	Testing a Salesforce functional account fails, even when the functional account and managed system are configured correctly, because Password Safe cannot connect to the Salesforce service.	Password Safe now connects to Salesforce correctly, and Salesforce functional account tests complete successfully.
BIPS-39610	Smart Rules	Some asset Smart Rules with filter criteria on whether a chosen operating system is present (or not) take an unusually long time to process. While they run, they can slow down the web console, causing pages and grids to load slowly. The slowdown is more noticeable in environments with a large number of assets.	Asset Smart Rules that filter on operating system detection now process quickly and return the same results as before, and web console responsiveness is no longer affected.
BIPS-38822	PS Automate	When the session uses Chrome or Firefox, and the host running PS Automate has no internet connection, and PS Automate version 25.3.0 or later is in use, web application sessions fail to launch through PS Automate. No browser window opens and no error message is displayed to the user.	PS Automate now launches Chrome and Firefox web application sessions as expected on hosts without internet access, using the browser driver already installed on the host.
